On the Farm 01.14.08

Here are a couple of cuties from the cow lot. Makes me want to draw a heart around them in my best 6th-grade doodling (and dot the "i" in "Kelli" with a heart, too.)

But then they get tired of looking at me and my camera and start messing around.

That black calf in the background looks bossy.

Pushing and shoving, shoving and pushing.

But none of it is very serious.

They look more like they are dancing. But who's leading?

Those are some good lookin Black Baldies you got there. Yours are tough for being in the snow like that. If mine ever act like they have it rough, I'm going to show them a picture of yours and say, "Feel that grass your lying on, quit crying, it could be snow." Keep warm and thanks for the pictures.

stacy - well, the heifer is on the left and the steer on the right. But she doesn't look like she's letting him lead. Kind of looks like when me & Matt dance :)

kramer - I told we you we liked our black baldies :) I really am amazed at how tough they are. Our high on Saturday is supposed to be 1. Makes me want to bring them all into my heated garage.
