Is it really??!! Down to what temps??
I need to get one of those!
One of our barn hydrants froze for about 2 days last month. We have to keep it turned off with the switch down at our house now because after it thawed out it caused the spigot to leak all the time.
Not sure if there is someway to just simple tighten something on it to stop the dripping.
Got any ideas??
twinville - I see the Ace Hardware website has them for sale. Ours has never froze, and we have periods in winter of day after day of subzero highs. Ours is plumbed right into our well.
